What is Psychotherapy?
Life can be tough. At times we feel lost, overwhelmed, or hopeless due to intense emotional experiences or challenging events. We may struggle in relationships with our loved ones or have difficulty managing emotions. Having a skilled non biased therapist to speak to in these times can be so helpful. Psychotherapy is based on the core belief that talking about your struggles can help mirror back your thoughts and feelings and as a result help you gain insight and awareness around the issues in your life. As an attachment based therapist, I will guide you with a holistic approach through past childhood experiences and relationships that may be contributing to your distress and stagnation and ultimately lead you toward healing. My goal is to help you navigate these thoughts, feelings, and events in life to mirror back your true self so that you can uncover your most authentic and fulfilled self.
