What is Psychotherapy?

Life can be tough. At times we feel lost, overwhelmed, or hopeless due to intense emotional experiences or challenging events. We may struggle in relationships with our loved ones or have difficulty managing emotions. Having a skilled non biased therapist to speak to in these times can be so helpful.

I guide you with a holistic approach through past childhood experiences that may be contributing to your distress and stagnation and ultimately lead you toward healing. My goal is to help you navigate these thoughts, feelings, and events in life to mirror back your true self so that you can walk the path of your highest timelines.

I enjoy using humor, mindfulness, intuition, and spirituality in my practice It is important that you feel comfortable with me and I strive to create the safe space needed to dig deep into the unconscious.
